An Astrological Reflection for When the Future Has Already Broken Ground. A Cosmic Sushi Pop-Up

Pop Up is what happens when the sky says something loud and my Aries Venus is too impatient to wait to publish.

This format is timely, pointed, and probably unhinged.

Some days, Uranus makes me do something weird. On those days, I share.

We are still in a nostalgia-soaked sky, with the Sun in caring Cancer.

Mercury is still in Cancer.

And still retrograde.

And still carrying the pressure of its square to Saturn in Aries.

Saturn is also sextile Mars in Gemini, which is disposited by… Mercury in Cancer.

Still retrograde.

This is great for taking action, rethinking it, and mentally looping around what went wrong — or what we should have done — the last time.

Don’t do what you did the last time, please.

We feel a feeling, but Saturn and Mars ask what we are actually going to do about it.

This is where memory needs structure before taking serious action.

The Moon joins Venus in Virgo.

We can be sensitive, nitpicky, and hard on ourselves and others. And again, Mercury retrograde has us revisiting, questioning, and second-guessing how we feel.

But the unspoken energy is bigger than the immediate moment.

Pluto — the planet of transformation, sex, death and the irreversible — is in Aquarius, trining Uranus in Gemini — the planet of higher consciousness, rebellion and shaking shit up — and sextile Neptune in Aries — the planet of illusion, delusion, fantasy and faith.

They are taking their positions in a rare alignment none of us has experienced before.

The future is taking form.

And it will almost certainly be catalytic, potentially disruptive, borderline dreamy, beyond our imaginations and coming in faster than the algorithm can adjust.

Add Jupiter in Leo opposing Pluto in Aquarius?

Expect dramatic displays, consolidations of power, inflated egos, collective pushback, and a confrontation with our own authenticity.

If it feels like you are standing at the tipping point between the past and the future, no, you are not crazy.

You are reading the room.

The past may still be taking up mental real estate.

But the future has already broken ground.
